How to search products?

Search for products by entering the product name or keyword into the Search Bar at the top of any page. Try to enter a general description. The more keywords you use, the less products you will get in the results page. When you find a product you’re interested in, simply click the product name or the product image for more details.

How do I place my order?

  1. Select the product and choose its variations as you’d like and click on the ‘Add to Cart’ button (you can add multiple products on your cart).
  2. After shopping click on the ‘Proceed to Checkout’ button.
  3. Fill the shipping and/or billing details on the checkout page and click on Place Order (If you need any assistance, you can contact us or, email us to place your order).

How will I confirm that my order is placed successfully?

Once your Order is successfully placed, you will get a confirmation email from This will inform you regarding all the details of your order.

How coupons work?

Our store offer various discount codes you can apply to you cart and reduce the total cost before checkout.

How long it takes to receive my order?

It takes between 15 to 45 days to receive you order by Standard Shipping method and 7 to 15 business days by Express Shipping method. For full info, please check our Shipping & Delivery page.

How are shipping costs calculated?

Shipping costs are calculated based on shipping method (air, sea or land) and product weight / volume. Different shipping companies have different rates, so it’s best to check and compare which is most affordable and economical. What is Buyer Protection?

Buyer Protection is a set of guarantees that enables buyers to shop with confidence on our website.

You are protected when:

  • The item you ordered did not arrive within the time promised by the seller.
  • The item you received was not as described.
  • The item you received was broken,damaged.
  • The item you received was not the one you ordered.

What about customs?

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Can I cancel my item?

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process started, it can no longer be dismissed.

Can I return my item?

We only accept returns only if the item has quality problem or damaged by any possible way or if we send you a wrong item. In this case please check our Returns and Refund policy or, contact us. So we could investigate and send a refund or re-ship the right item without additional fees.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 3-7 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 10 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
